Individual: a person may register as an individual subscriber on the site for the purpose of job search, receiving newsletters and RSS feeds, and/or accessing Company information. Upon registration, you will have a secure log on access including a password nominated by you.
Company Subscriber: may be an Employer or Recruitment Agency. Company Subscribers will require a Company Account. A log on will allow a Company Subscriber to access free job posting services.
“Subscriber” means all registered members of the Website, including members registered as a “company”, “corporation”, “body” (whether a body corporate or an unincorporated and includes for example an association), “partnership”, “joint venture”, “natural person”, “supplier”, “workers” and “advertisers”.
“Website” means this Website (www.findallelectricaljobs.com.au) or any part of it.
Use of the Service by You
Individual: Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for your own use of the Service and for preventing unauthorised use by other persons.
Company: The Companies selected individuals are responsible for their use of the Service and for preventing unauthorised use by other persons. Companies must ensure that user profiles are maintained and current.
Job Postings: Our overriding objective is to provide a credible and accurate source of information and employment opportunities for candidates. Advertised positions must represent a bona-fide vacancy. Advertisements for general expressions of interest in order to build your database and talent pool may also be posted. It must be made clear in the advert that this is the purpose of seeking expressions of interest.
For Recruitment Agencies, unless stipulated by the company that has engaged your services, either the name of the company or the project you are recruiting for, must be referenced. This requirement for your advertising strategy will assist in forming positive relationships with both industry and job seekers.
An abuse of these terms may result in your termination from the site.
For both Individual and Company Subscribers: WattElectricalNews owns all copyright and all other intellectual property rights on this site, except that which is specifically provided and directly posted by subscribing Companies. WattElectricalNews welcomes the use of this site for your non-commercial use only, provided that we retain all copyright, trademark and other propriety notices contained in the content other than what has been provided by the subscribing companies. We advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties or for commercial purposes any portion of this site without express permission, unless that information has been specifically provided and directly posted by your own Company.
Company Access and Services
The information posted by Companies remains the property of the industry representative and WattElectricalNews takes no responsibility for such content.
WattElectricalNews reserves the right to reject or remove a registration or information if either is deemed fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate. Job Posts are captured at the back-end of the site upon posting. Not until the Job Posts are approved by our site administrators will they be visible on the main site. This approval system should not take any longer than 24 hours.
As a registered user to post information, you take responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the data provided.
If the problem is not major, we will rectify the web site and provide you with a part or complete refund of the item affected and purchased by you.
Published information on the Job Board may not contain:
Any Hyperlinks; Misleading, repeated keywords, or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity, or “hidden keywords”.
Jobs published on the site must represent a bona-fide employment opportunity, located in Australia, for an Australian employer. They must not reference or provide links to other Job Boards, other than your own organisation’s Career Page.
As an authorised registered Company, you are responsible for the content of any information that you post, including hyperlinks to your own Website(s).
Your account will require an Administrator, a designated person to manage the account and who is the primary contact.
We derive our information from quoted public sources which we believe to be accurate and current as at the date of publication and we reserve the right to update or remove this information at any time.
In using the site, you warrant that the content, material or information that you post or upload to the Website will not be fraudulent, defamatory and will not infringe the intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights of any person or any applicable law.
Where the content, material or information on this Website or any linked Website contains opinions or judgments of third parties, we do not purport to endorse the contents of that opinion or advice, nor the accuracy or reliability of that opinion or advice.
